Please note that all delivery times are delayed due to the COVID-19 situation.

Flight suspensions due to the corona virus have taken a toll on global postal services.

We apologise for any delays and appreciate your patience at this time.

Please allow extra delivery times for your order and factor this in if you require

your item by a certain date as delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Here at Coolstuff4u we know that you want your products as soon as possible.

The quickest way is by courier but that can be very very expensive!

We use a delivery system where you should get your products, usually within 15-35 working days

after processing has been completed.

All items have a processing time which will take 3-7 working days.

Processing time is additional to expected delivery times.

Other shops might be slightly cheaper but you will be waiting up to 45 days (and more) YES 45 days for delivery plus their processing times.

There are certain circumstances that may occur that are not within our control

(natural disasters, holidays, weather, customs clearances, and other unforeseen shipping delays).

These situations may result in a delay in the shipping of your order.

For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time of your order.

Our products are shipped from China therefore Chinese New Year sees shutdowns of up to 2 weeks for suppliers and warehouses which is unfortunate for delivery timeframes.

Christmas time usually sees delays in delivery so please order well in advance if you want an item for a present.
